What size should a PR box be?
Start at 250 × 180 × 90 mm for a compact kit or 330 × 250 × 110 mm for a full launch line-up, then size from the tray. Lay out the hero product in the centre with the minis around it, add the name-card or scent-card slots, and leave depth for crinkle and tissue. The tallest product plus the tray bed sets the height.

How do I ship a PR box?
Ship the rigid PR box inside a corrugated mailer sized from the PR box's exterior plus room for void fill, not from the products. Corrugated board adds about two board thicknesses to each outside dimension (E-flute about 1.5 mm, B-flute about 3 mm), and carriers bill dimensional weight: FedEx divides L × W × H in inches by 139 for U.S. shipments. A 30 × 20 × 12 cm mailer (12 × 8 × 5 in) works out to about 3.5 lb of dimensional weight even if it weighs 1 lb.
