Who we are
LuxoPack is a custom gift box and packaging manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit luxopack.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
Quote and contact forms. When you request a quote we receive what you enter, typically your name, email, company, country, WhatsApp or phone number, product details, quantities, and any files you attach (such as artwork, logos or dielines).
WhatsApp and email. If you message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive your messages, your number or address, and anything you send. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
We use this information only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, produce and ship your order, and follow up on the project you asked about.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate country and city, device and browser type, the website or search engine that referred you, and clicks on contact buttons). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies such as _ga.
Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with our pages through heatmaps and session replays (mouse movement, clicks and scrolling), so we can fix pages that are confusing or broken. Clarity masks text typed into form fields. Clarity sets cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Microsoft's privacy statement: microsoft.com/privacy.
Referral source. If you arrive from an AI assistant or search tool, our site stores that source in your browser's session storage for the current visit so we know which channels bring enquiries. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser) for security and reliability.
Service providers we use
We share information only with the providers needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Fonts)
- Microsoft (Clarity)
- Formspree and FormSubmit (delivering form submissions and attachments to our inbox)
- Meta (WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us there)
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order information is kept for as long as we are discussing or fulfilling your project and afterwards for our business records and any repeat orders. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Google Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings; Clarity data is kept according to Microsoft's retention period for Clarity.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sales@luxopack.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site still works without these cookies.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or another region with data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update this page if the tools we use or the way we handle information changes. The date below shows the latest version.
