Every format below is made to order: your dimensions, your artwork and your insert. Minimums apply per custom size.

Minimums are per custom size with full printing. Pricing depends on specification, so we quote each project rather than publish a list price.
How a Wholesale Gift Box Order Runs

Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Dielines, artwork files and the approved sample are kept on record, so a reorder repeats the approved specification.
What Moves the Unit Price on a Bulk Order
Quantity per size
Set-up is shared across the run, so the unit price falls as quantity per size rises. Splitting one order across many sizes raises it.
Size and sheet use
Board and wrap paper are cut from fixed sheets; a few millimetres can change how many boxes fit per sheet. Start from the gift box size guide.
Print and finish
Foil stamping, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch lamination each add a step. Choose the one or two finishes that carry the brand.
Insert and assembly
EVA foam, velvet-wrapped foam, moulded pulp or card inserts differ in cost and in how the box packs for freight.

Assembled or Flat-Pack for Bulk Freight
Rigid gift boxes ship assembled, so a bulk order of them is mostly air by volume. Collapsible magnetic boxes ship flat and are folded into shape at your end. For a large programme, ask for the packed export carton dimensions of both options for your exact size and compare freight and warehouse space before choosing; the size guide explains how dimensional weight works.
What to Send for a Wholesale Quote
- Product dimensions (or a sample photo with a ruler) and what goes inside the box
- Quantity per size, and any reorder forecast
- Preferred format from the table above, or the look you want
- Artwork as vector files, with Pantone references for brand colours
- Insert type, if the product needs to be held in place
- Destination, Incoterm (EXW, FOB or DDP) and the latest acceptable delivery date
