Can the insert hold bottles, jars and tubes together?

Yes. Each cavity is cut to the item, so a dropper bottle, a cream jar, a tube and a tool can sit in one insert. Send the dimensions or sample products and we lay out the insert on a 3D mock-up before the sample.

Ivory or kraft?

The ivory rigid box suits premium and gift ranges; minimum 100 pcs per custom size and 12–15 days bulk production. The natural kraft box suits sustainable beauty brands; minimum 300 pcs and 10–12 days. Both take a foil logo.

Which insert material should I choose?

Paperboard inserts keep the box paper-based and suit lighter products. EVA foam holds glass bottles more firmly. A fabric-covered insert looks more premium. We suggest one from your products and shipping method.

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per custom size for the ivory rigid box, 300 pcs for the kraft box. A physical sample takes 3–5 business days.

Do you fill the boxes with products?

No. We make and ship the empty boxes and inserts; products are packed at your site or fulfilment centre.
