A perfume box is cut around one bottle: a fitted insert holds the bottle and cap so the glass does not move, and a second cavity can take a travel atomizer, a discovery vial or a card. Perfume Box with Bottle Insert FAQ

How is the insert sized to my bottle?

From your bottle drawing or a sample bottle, including the cap. The cavity follows the bottle's outline so it sits firmly without pressing on the cap or spray head.

Satin, EVA or paperboard insert?

A satin-covered insert gives the classic luxury look. EVA foam holds heavy glass most firmly. Paperboard keeps the box paper-based. All three are quoted from the same box size.

Can one box hold a bottle and a travel atomizer?

Yes. A second cavity can hold a travel atomizer, discovery vials or a card next to the main bottle.

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per custom size. A physical sample takes 3–5 business days and bulk production 12–15 days after sample approval.

Do you supply the bottles?

No. We make the box and insert; bottles and caps come from your own supplier.
