How is the insert cut to fit my medal or coin?

From your drawing or a physical sample. The cavity follows the item's outline and depth so it sits flat and does not move; a finger notch lets the owner lift it out.

Can the box hold a certificate as well?

Yes. A certificate card can sit in a recess inside the lid or under the insert.

EVA foam or velvet insert?

EVA foam gives a crisp, protective cut-out and suits heavier metal pieces. A velvet-covered insert looks more like a jewelry box and suits display gifts. Both are quoted from the same size.

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per custom size. A physical sample takes 3–5 business days and bulk production 12–15 days after sample approval.

Do you make the medals or coins?

No. We make the box and the insert; the medal, coin or badge comes from your own supplier.
