Provide bottle diameter, overall height including the cap, filled weight and vial count. Identify whether labels must face forward and whether the set is packed upright or laid flat.
Custom EVA foam vial inserts
Review cavity depth, finger access and the material between cavities on a physical sample. Test insertion and removal with the finished bottle and label; a tight fit should not require pulling the cap.
Approve the complete sampling kit
Include the leaflet, sample card and outer shipping carton in the packing brief. This is secondary presentation packaging, not a claim of leakproof containment or dangerous-goods shipping approval. Confirm transport requirements for the actual contents separately.

Can one outer box support different vial quantities?
When the outer dimensions allow it, different cavity layouts can be developed by changing the insert while keeping the box structure consistent.
What vial information is needed?
Provide vial diameter, height, cap shape, quantity and any clearance or orientation requirements.
Can the black exterior be changed?
Yes. The wrapped paper colour, logo treatment and finish can be reviewed against the brand artwork.
Is EVA the only insert option?
EVA is shown for this product concept; paperboard or molded-pulp alternatives can be discussed if the protection and finish requirements allow.
