Keep glass items in separate cavities. Check the full jar diameter, lid height and packed weight; assess retention using the actual filled products rather than empty containers alone.
Reed diffuser gift box inserts
Account for the bottle closure and the complete reed bundle. A long reed compartment may change the box footprint. Review removal access and avoid loading the lid against fragile bottle components.
Choose the insert and shipping pack together
Compare EVA retention with paperboard dividers against the real product weight and presentation needs. A fitted display tray does not by itself prove parcel-shipping protection. Validate the complete box, transit carton and cushioning with the intended delivery method.

What changes the quotation?
Finished dimensions, board and wrap grade, insert material, print coverage, finishing steps, quantity, packed carton dimensions, destination and Incoterms all affect the final scope. Ask for the same assumptions on every supplier quotation.

Which insert works for glass candles and bottles?
EVA provides strong retention for many glass products; paperboard and molded pulp are alternatives when the product and sustainability requirements permit.
Can the box hold several product types?
Yes. The tray can use different cavity sizes for candles, bottles, soap and accessories after the product dimensions are confirmed.
Can the outside match a botanical brand?
Wrapped paper, custom colour, foil, embossing and textured finishes can be specified around the brand artwork.
What should I send for sampling?
Send product dimensions, packed weight, cavity count, artwork and destination so the structure and insert can be reviewed together.
