A crystal presentation box is a rigid box with a velvet-flocked or fabric-covered EVA insert cut to the shape of each stone, so heavy, fragile crystals do not move or chip in transit. Crystal gift brands use it for raw specimen sets, pairs of gemstone spheres, crystal wands, palm stones and eggs, and spiritual sets with incense, palo santo or a glass burner. A story card can sit above the stones under the lid.

How do you keep crystals from moving or chipping in the box?
Each stone sits in its own cavity cut into velvet-flocked EVA foam, sized from the largest specimen, and the lid is padded so the stones cannot lift. That stops rattling in transit; the presentation box then ships inside a corrugated outer carton.
What box suits a pair of gemstone spheres?
A hinged box with two recessed round cavities in fabric-covered EVA and padding in the lid. Make one box size per sphere diameter, for example 45, 55 and 65 mm, with the same exterior so the range looks consistent; there is room under the lid for a small information card.
Can one box design hold different crystal sets?
