A hair extension box is a long rigid box sized to the hair length, with a velvet or satin-lined insert and a strap or ribbon that holds the hair straight so it arrives without kinks or tangles. Hair extension, bundle and wig brands use it as the retail and gift box for their premium lines, often with the logo inside the lid and a matching bag.

What You Can Specify

Length	Set from the longest hair length you sell (for example 18, 24 or 30 in); one box size per length
Structure	Long magnetic flap box, lift-off lid and base, or a round tube for bundles
Insert	Velvet, satin or EVA-lined tray with a strap or ribbon that holds the hair flat
Wig option	Deeper box with a raised base for a wig on a cap, or a wig stand cut-out
Board	Rigid greyboard, thickness chosen for the box length
Wrap	Matte, soft-touch, textured or patterned paper; full-wrap foil pattern possible
Logo	Hot foil, embossing or debossing on the lid and inside the lid
Matching items	Paper bag, care card and satin pouch in the same colour

How long should a hair extension box be?

A little longer than the longest hair you put in it, so the hair lies straight with the ends free. We size each box from your hair length or a sample bundle.

How is the hair held in place?

By a lined tray and a satin strap, ribbon or elastic band across the hair, so it does not slide or tangle when the box is moved.

Can one design come in several lengths?

Yes. The wrap, colour and logo stay the same and each length gets its own box size; each size is a separate custom size for the minimum order.

What is the minimum order?

100 pcs per custom size. A physical sample takes 3–5 business days and bulk production 12–15 days after sample approval.
