Folding cartons carry most of retail — and most of them look like it. Ours run on offset litho at 175lpi with G7-calibrated colour, so gradients hold and brand colours repeat exactly across reorders. That's the difference customers can't name but shelves show.
Structures cover the full tuck family: straight-tuck (both flaps rear), reverse-tuck (economical), auto-lock bottom for heavier products, hang-tab tops and PET window variants. Board is genuine 300–400gsm SBS — not greyback passing as white.
Finish with soft-touch lamination, spot UV or foil to punch above the price point. For heavier shipping duty see corrugated boxes; for peg retail see hang tab boxes.
