We cannot do sample runs below these quantities for custom printed orders.

Absolutely. We work with brands of all sizes — from entrepreneurs launching their first product to global retailers ordering millions of pieces per year. Our MOQ of 100 pcs exists to make customization economically viable, not to filter out small businesses.

Yes. You can mix different product types in one order — each type must meet its own MOQ. We'll send you a consolidated quote covering all items, and you'll get one shipment with everything.

Yes — our pricing is tiered. The price per piece decreases significantly as quantity increases. As a rough guide: 500 pcs = base price · 1,000 pcs = ~12% off · 5,000 pcs = ~35% off · 10,000+ pcs = ~45% off. Use our Price Estimator on the Quote page for instant estimates.

No commitment required at any stage until you approve the production sample and make a deposit. Quotes, design mockups and sample-making are part of our free pre-sales service.

We offer: Matte lamination · Gloss lamination · Soft Touch lamination · Gold foil stamp · Silver foil stamp · Rose gold foil · Holographic foil · Embossing (raised) · Debossing (recessed) · Spot UV · Aqueous coating · Textured paper wrap · Pearlescent / metallic paper. Finishes can be combined — for example, Soft Touch + Gold Foil + Spot UV is one of our most popular combinations.

Yes. We support the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for both paper wrapping and printing. Our Delta E color accuracy guarantee is <2 on rigid board. If you have a Pantone code, provide it in your quote request and we'll match it as closely as the substrate allows.

Preferred (best quality): Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF (vector), EPS. Accepted: PSD (Photoshop), PNG at 300dpi+, JPG at 300dpi+. We can trace and redraw low-resolution logos at no extra charge. If you don't have design files yet, our design team will create everything from your brief.

Our size range: Minimum: 5×5×3cm · Maximum: 60×50×30cm (standard) · Larger sizes available on request for special projects. We manufacture a custom die for every order — there is no "standard" size we push you into.

Yes — this is part of our free service. After you submit a quote request, our designer will send you a 3D rendered mockup showing your logo and colors on your chosen box style within 24 hours. No payment required at this stage.

Yes. We have a standard NDA we can sign before you share any design files or sensitive brand information. Many of our luxury brand clients require this. Just check the NDA box on the quote form, or ask Amy directly, and we'll send it before your mockup.

Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. A physical sample lets you verify the size, finish quality, color accuracy and structural feel before committing to thousands of pieces. Sample production takes 3–5 business days, then 1–3 days shipping via DHL or FedEx.

Sample production costs are charged (typically $60–$150 depending on complexity). This covers the custom die and material cost. However, the sample cost is fully credited against your bulk order when you proceed. Shipping is at your cost (DHL/FedEx express, usually $25–$50).

Yes — unlimited revisions until you are happy. Minor changes (color, text) are free. Structural changes (size, mechanism) may require a new sample at a small cost. We don't start bulk production until you send written approval.

Yes — we can send a blank stock sample (no custom print) to let you feel the material and construction quality before any design work begins. These are available for $20–$40 per piece including shipping. Ask Amy for details.

Standard production lead times after sample approval: Magnetic Rigid Box — 12–15 days · Mailer Box — 10–12 days · Drawer Box — 15–18 days · Cylinder Tube — 10–14 days · Foldable Box — 10–12 days · Paper Bag — 10 days · Rigid Setup Box — 14–18 days. Rush production (add 30–50% premium) can reduce timelines by 3–5 days.

Yes — we send photo and video updates every 2 days throughout production. You'll see: raw material inspection · printing proof · die-cutting · assembly · quality control · final packing. Updates come via email or WhatsApp — your choice.

We run a 5-stage QC inspection: (1) Raw material incoming inspection · (2) Color proof approval before printing · (3) First-article inspection after die-cutting · (4) Assembly line random sampling (AQL 1.5) · (5) Final pre-shipment inspection. We've maintained a 99.2% on-spec delivery rate over 15 years.

Yes — you are always welcome to visit our Shenzhen factory. We can also arrange a live video factory tour via Zoom or WhatsApp if a physical visit isn't possible. Contact us to schedule.

Yes — we ship to 50+ countries. Primary markets: USA, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Middle East, Southeast Asia. We can arrange both sea freight (most economical) and air freight (faster), and handle all export documentation.

Sea freight (FCL/LCL): 18–30 days depending on destination. Most economical for large orders. · Air freight: 3–7 days to most destinations. · Express courier (DHL/FedEx): 2–4 days. Best for samples and small orders. We coordinate with multiple freight forwarders to get you the best rate — just ask us to quote.

Yes — Amazon FBA direct shipment is a standard service we offer. We can: print FNSKU barcodes on each unit · apply poly-bag wrapping · create carton labels per Amazon requirements · coordinate shipment to your assigned FBA fulfillment center(s). Tell us your Amazon marketplace (US, UK, EU, etc.) in your quote request.

We ship on EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms by default. Import duties and customs clearance in your country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide full export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to support your import process. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available on request for some destinations.

We take quality problems seriously. Our policy: Report issues with photos within 30 days of receipt. For manufacturing defects confirmed by our QC team, we will: (1) Re-produce and reship the defective portion at no cost, or (2) Issue a partial/full refund depending on the defect extent. We have a dedicated QC escalation team — turnaround on claims is 3 business days.

We apply AQL 1.5 inspection standards — the same used by major global retailers. This means for a shipment of 1,000 pcs, we inspect 80 pieces and the lot is accepted only if fewer than 3 defects are found. Our historical defect rate is under 0.8%.

Yes. All our standard materials meet REACH (EU), RoHS, and California Proposition 65 requirements. FSC-certified paper and soy-based inks are available for food-adjacent applications. SGS test reports available on request.

Yes — you can arrange SGS, Bureau Veritas, or any other third-party inspector to visit our factory before shipment. We welcome this and will fully cooperate. The cost is typically $200–$350 and is arranged directly between you and the inspection company.

T/T (Bank Wire Transfer) — primary method · PayPal — available for orders under $3,000 (3% fee applies) · Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for orders over $10,000 · Western Union — available for small deposits. We do not accept credit cards directly, but PayPal allows card payments.

Standard terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation · 70% balance payment before shipment (after passing QC and you approve final photos). For repeat clients with established history, we offer 30/70 with shipment payment due 7 days after dispatch.

All quotes and invoices are in USD by default. We can invoice in EUR or GBP on request. RMB (CNY) is available for China-based clients.

Minimum size: approximately 5×5×3cm (any smaller and structural integrity is compromised). Maximum standard size: 60×50×30cm. Larger sizes for special projects on request — please describe your needs and we'll advise on feasibility.

Yes. We offer: FSC-certified paper and board · Soy-based and water-based inks · Recyclable corrugated board · Biodegradable lamination films · Uncoated kraft / natural board options. If sustainability credentials are important for your brand, mention it in your quote and we'll specify eco materials throughout.

Yes — barcodes (EAN, UPC, ISBN), QR codes and static text are all included in standard printing. Variable data printing (unique serial numbers, personalized names) is available for digital inkjet runs — ask for a custom quote as pricing varies by volume.

Standard options: 1mm (lightweight), 1.5mm (standard), 2mm (most popular for rigid boxes), 2.5mm (heavy-duty), 3mm (ultra premium). Thicker board = higher perceived quality and cost. Our default recommendation for magnetic rigid boxes is 2mm chipboard.

Yes — both are included free with every quote. The structural dieline (PDF) shows exact fold lines, glue points and dimensions. The 3D render shows your logo and color scheme applied to a photorealistic box. We deliver both within 24 hours of receiving your request.
